This was the first South American Youth Championship U19. It included ILCA6, 29er, 420 & IQFOIL. Each class had several subclasifications (Men,Women, Open). A parallel event was held for Formula Kite since at the moment of the entry time limit there were less than the minimum entries U19, but at the moment of the event several Open sailors joinned. - ARGSV3
