The on-the-water race officials did a great job by finishing 9 out of 10 races rescheduled. The Team racing was well run as well. The wind was light most of the time but they could manage to finish races without abandoning them. The host did a great job providing everything for the sailors and race officials. The overall event was well run by local OA and IODA officials. - THARS2
