The event was hosted by YCCannes. On the second day the RC indicated and used for race 2 a race course not included in the SI, this made it not clear to the competitors which course to sail and how/where the finishing line was. Also RC helped, by voice and gesture and radio some competitors how to finish the race (but not all). Int.Jury had to handle many requests of reddress for the race 2.
Jury was not provided by water during all event.
Jury room was moved 3 times in 4 days for OA logistic reasons.
Two ribs were available, one of them with one seat.
