The event was run with an International Jury where one of the members was not on site. The composition of the jury did not allow to have a properly composed panel with the members that were available on site and there were Nationality restrictions even when applying RRS N1.4(b). It was challenging setting up and holding hearings online.
The Medal Series were ran in very challenging conditions with gusts up to 27-28 knots and waves up to 3.5 meters high. It is impossible to follow the fleet and umpire in such conditions. - GRESK14
