International Jury got a report about dispute between support persons on the shore which ended with supposedly minor damage on the boat. Allegedly an underage sailor was insulted by the adult. International Jury held investigation under rule 69, but was not able to establish that damage was caused during the dispute nor that behavior of support persons brings sport into disrepute.
