Medium to strong intensity wind with uneven waves characterized most of the races.
Only two jury ribs provided with three sailing courses running at the same time. At one course three fleets of Optimists sailed while on other course three Ilcas classes sailed on inner and outer courses. Despite the ribs did not meet adequate navigational conditions for the weather and seas on the sailing areas, the juries completed the labor on all five days sailed.
On the last day of the competition 5 medal races - UFR - were held.
At 420 class on race 11, 15 boats requested redress arguing decreased wind at the leeward mark. All were treated in one hearing and redress was not given.
On the last afternoon of the event the PC received a report of misconduct of one support person. The PC decided that it was impractical to conduct a hearing, collected information and submitted a report to the national authority.
Accommodations and meals for juries were good.
