Sailing Instructions included a change of appendix P taking out retirement after the 2nd YF and making the competitors do 2T penalties. This on demand of the UK Laser class. This was confusing for the sailors and made the rule 42 behavior rediculous.
Race Management was good, All races were sailed under average wind conditions. No races were started below 5 knots and when needed the races were postponed by AP over a number ashore.
