Some issues with coach boats not respecting the sailing instructions. One case would have resulted in a penalty under RRS 41 for contact between the coach boat and the competitor after the preparatory signal if the race had not been postponed. The IJ still interviewed the competitors and coaches involved to ensure they understood the consequences.
