This is the test event for Asian Games 2014 held at Incheon, Korea. The marina is not quite ready but KSAF made this event a successful event after all. SI stated that P2.3 will not apply and P2.2 is changed so that it will apply after the first one.
The NOR and SI were well written. The wind was good every day except one day so they were able to complete all the races scheduled except a few classes where they missed only one race from schedule.
