The NOR and SI were well written. The wind condition was good in some days but at the end we were able to complete all races scheduled in the fleet racing. The match racing completed one round robin and be able to do semi final and final races so everyone were happy.

The venue, jury office, 11 jury & Umpire boats and 3 hearing rooms were perfect. We had 44 protests and request for redresses so we were able to run 3 panels in parallel with the help of umpires when they were available.

The Korean hospitality was outstanding.
On the water operation were perfect in running 5 racing area.

At this event, rule P2.3 did not apply and rule P2.2 was changed so that it applied to any penalty after the first one. This seems to be working fine and eased the pressure among judges who have difference and unequal skill in rule 42.
