A request fpr redress was found to be invalid. However, the facts were clear - a right-of-way boat was hit by another boat close to the finishing line. She was damaged, and she lost at least one place. The jury told the requester that, even if her request had been valid, she would not have been given redress. The collision may have resulted in her losing one or more places, but the damage did not affect her ability to sail at normal speed.
