Facts found:
During the protest hearing (case 28) Caterina Banti (representing ITA 209) denied the conversation between NOR 196 and either her or her helm. Later on hearing she admitted that only her helm had a conversation with NOR 196.Later again she admitted the conversation took place between her, her helm and NOR 196.
Caterina Banti appologized in front of the International Jury.
Conclusion:
Caterina Banti lied to the International Jury during the hearing twice, but showed remorse in this hearing.
