Due to the Olympic Games year, many events are compressed during the months before the start of Games and the risk is the events overlapping. That is what happened for this event. No entries for 470 class, RS-X, 49er and Finn. Only 49 entries on Laser and 34 entries on all Paraolympic classes. Also the weather did not helped organizers but Race Committees and PRO made a graet job to running out the maximum possible of races.
