Hong Kong's present and recent past Olympians took part in this event, adding flare and heightened competition.
The PRO and his Race Management Committee Members did a great job to complete all scheduled races, in varying wind (8 to 16 knots) and sea conditions, with current that played a significant role in the racing. PRO managed the courses well within the projected targeted time limits.
