Due to illness one IJ was not available. The Jury acted under N 1.5.
At the beginning of the regatta several boats didn't check in/check out correctly.
Jury imposed discretionary penalties.
The following days check in/check out was done properly.
Very difficult wind condition with light and shifty wind.
Because of a sudden thunderstorm with heavy gusts one race had to be abandoned and could not be resailed the same day
RC did a good job and managed to do six races.
