Excellent wind conditions, ranging from 10 - 20 Kn, and good course setting contributed to a very successful event.
Two jury boats were on the water, blowing whistles for infringements observed (and indicating that a jury member would be available as a witness), and penalising breaches of rules 42, 49, and some class rules. This was effective in enforcing rule discipline, and in getting boats to take on the water penalties. The SIs for the event include the appendix used, for reference.
