Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
An excellent event spoiled slightly by some strong winds and big seas. Excellent relationships existed between Organisers, Race Committee and International Jury. Unfortunately there were some errors that developed between the scoring system and the RC on water results. Hopefully satisfactorily resolved after much work by RC and Class director with a member of Jury. - AUSMP1
