The Regatta was sailed in supplied boats and during strong winds on the first day of sailing there were breakdowns. The NOR and the SI's allowed redress in such situations.
At the previous year's regatta there had been numerous rules infractions at the windward mark so we had direct judging in the vacinity of the windwark mark with positive results. - PERJB1
