This is the keelboats event. The NOR and SI were well written but there is room for improvement,i.e., last day time limit to reopen cases, how to deal with damages when the boat at wrong did her turns and the case did not come to the jury. Many of the protests were on RRS 18 since there were 4 windward leeward races out of 7 races during the 4-day event. No request for redress.
The race office and his team did an outstanding job on the water. There was no request for redress from on-the-water actions.
