Rules P2.2 and 2.3 were deleted. Rule 44.1 was changed to a 1 Turn penalty.
Frequent minor breaches of the Class bowsprit rule were not protested. It would be appropriate to allow the Jury to give a 1 turn penalty for these infringements.
The race management team provided excellent and punctual racing. The Royal Irish Yacht Club highly efficient and very friendly manner.
