We had a potential rule 2 or rule 69 situation in the last race: A boat was called as OCS by radio and never return to restart. During all race she covered his opponent until they finished. The opponent protest by rule 2 saying the boat knows she was OCS and keep racing just to prejudice him. As we were using Adendum Q and umpiring the race we did a hearing just after the finish. The tactitian of the OCS boat state that they don't know they were OCS. With the combination of results they won the championship. After all, ashore, there was a report claim broke rule 69. We did a new hearing but no new evidences was given to support the case.
The weather was variable with two days without race, one strong winds, another no winds. A medium course race was in shift conditions. The windward-lewward races were very good.
