Excellent conditions for windsurfing as a standard for Penghu with average wind of 20 knots with gusts up to 26 kts every day (except one :-)), beautiful and clear sea and with the course area just at front of the club house! Good preparation by LOA, smooth organisation and the race management team made this event very successful! - ESTAP4
